National Association of REALTORS®’ Ethics Course Requirement due December 31, 2018

The NAR Ethics course requirement [all REALTORS® must complete at least 2.5 hours of ethics training (NAR Code of Ethics) every two years] is due December 30, 2018. This requirement has been in place since 2001. However, it has been changed from a 4-year cycle to a 2-year cycle. Therefore, it may not coincide with the individual real estate agent’s state of Ohio ethics course requirement.
