Columbus REALTORS® Updates

Columbus REALTORS® Headquarters is open—by appointment only
On June 25, Columbus REALTORS® re-opened to members by appointment only. Appointments can be made for accounting, store, lockbox, and print shop.

Please understand this is a short-term inconvenience to protect the long-term health of both staff and members.

  • Entrance to the building is reduced to the front door only (side and back entrances will remain locked).
  • Masks will be required to enter the building.
  • A thermal camera temperature screening unit is located in the first- floor lobby by the front door entrance.
  • Tempered-glass shields have been installed at the receptionist desks (1st and 2nd floors), at the service counters in both the Member Service Center and print shop and in the MLS Department.
  • To ensure safe social distancing, decals have been placed on the floor six feet outside the entrance to staff cubicles.
  • Until further notice, member meetings and course offerings will continue to be conducted virtually.
  • The building is being electrostatically cleaned monthly and each workstation is sanitized daily.
  • Signs are posted throughout indicating related policies.
  • Status of continued building operation is being evaluated routinely.

Design & Print Shop
The print shop is now available for design, printing and contactless pickup. To place an order, email Jessica or George at [email protected] Once you’ve received confirmation that your order is ready, choose your pickup day and your order will be waiting for you just inside the front doors of our building.

If you want to purchase an electronic keybox, we are now able to process your request and provide for the curbside pickup via a metal railing just outside and left of the front door. Kathy Elliott has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Services where she will continue her role working directly with the executive office and leadership as well as the Boards of Directors for Columbus REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Service.

Colin Finan has been promoted to Manager of Technical Services where he will be responsible for the day to day operations of all technical services provided through the MLS Department. He brings to this position 12 years of technical support experience.

Lynn Hackworth has been named Manager of Equity & Impact where she will oversee and expand the Association’s focus on affordable housing, fair housing, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability, as well as continue our relationships with outside stakeholders.

Corey Skinner has been named Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations where he will now assume responsibility for Corporate Operations, including Finance, The Real Estate Store, Building Operations and Human Resources.

Matt Warren was promoted last month to Director of MLS. Prior to this promotion, Matt served as interim director during the national search for the MLS Director position.
