This year, the Annual Business Meeting will be held virtually - including election of the Nominating Committee. Registration is required.
During the meeting, the leadership will report on what has been taking place during 2020 and what's to come. Reports will include:
The slate of candidates for Director is prepared by the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee for Directors consists of: the elected REALTOR® Directors whose terms expire this year; one past president appointed by the current President; and four REALTOR® members (who are neither current Directors nor past presidents) elected by REALTOR® members at the virtual Annual Business Meeting on 10/15/20. Anyone wishing to serve on the Nominating Committee but unable to be present at the Annual Business Meeting must submit their willingness to serve in advance to Kathy Elliott. No member of the Nominating Committee may be nominated to run on the slate of candidates. In order to serve on the Nominating Committee, you must be able to attend both the following meetings:
Nominations from the floor will be taken through the Chat feature in Zoom. When the nominations are closed, those nominees will be added to a special online election which will run from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (same day - 10/15/20). Results will be provided to the membership by 5:00 p.m. More information about Columbus REALTORS® Elections.
Registration is required to be able to vote for the Nominating Committee. If you would like to vote, you must register to attend for the Annual Business Meeting no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 14th.
