Commercial Real Estate Ethics
(3 CE credit hours)
Satisfies the State of Ohio ethics course requirement, as well as the NAR 2-year ethics requirement, due December 31, 2020. The attendee of this course will automatically be reported to NAR as having complied with the ethics course requirement.

This course is geared for the real estate agent who transacts commercial real estate
Course content will include the difference between ethics and law; industry standards for ethics; ethics and malpractice; Ohio's Canons of Ethics (dealing with the public, with the client and with fellow licensees), and an actual example of licensee ethical misconduct and consequences for Ohio licensees. There will be time for questions and answers.
