American Dream Downpayment Initiative and Homebuyer Mortgage Assistance
(1 CE credit hour for real estate licensees pending) With the completion of the Lender Participation Agreement, will qualify a lender to do the ADDI loans.

This Forum will feature a discussion of the American Dream Down payment Initiative (ADDI) – a program to assist low- and moderate- income households finance a first home in the City of Columbus, Columbus City School District.
The course objective is to provide an outline of the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) and Home buyer Mortgage Assistance Programs. The course discusses program guidelines, visual assessment decent safe & sanitary request, required documents, home buyer education, file review - city relocation, environmental review, income calculation, commitment letter, city closing disclosure, closing documents, receipt of funds, time-line and capital bond information.
Tracey Davis is a Development Program Manager for the Department of Development with the City of Columbus.Tracey manages the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) Program. She conducts trainings and makes presentations to publicize and explain grants and housing programs. Tracey received her Master of Science in Education from Mt. Vernon Nazarene.
