Home sales highest since 2006 despite limited inventory

Distressed inventory lowest on record
About one in ten of the homes for sale in central Ohio during the first quarter were lender-mediated properties – the lowest on record since Columbus REALTORS® began recording this data in 2010. Roughly one in five of the homes sold during the first quarter were distressed compared to one half of all the closings back in early 2011. Read more.
