A full service association, Columbus REALTORS® offers members a wide variety of continuing education courses, both residential and commercial, and computer training classes on topics including the MLS software, Tempo, as well as seminars, lectures and roundtable programs.
Committees & Events
Members are invited to participate in the more than 30 committees at the association, and get involved in the Central Ohio REALTORS® Political Action Committee (CORPAC), the Columbus REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Fund, a non-profit charitable foundation which awards more than $50,000 annually in scholarships and grants, or attend the many special programs such as Forecast Lunch (January), Awards Lunch (April) or the President’s Ball (December).
Support Services & Benefits
Members also have access to other services and support staff including the Member Service Print Shop, MLS technical support, the Member Service Center and store (located both online and at the association building), standard forms etc.
Columbus REALTORS® communicates with its members regularly through a variety of methods including U.S. mail, e-mail, the Web site, social media sites, and through In Contract, the membership magazine produced 10 times annually.
New Member Orientation
Columbus REALTORS® offers its new members a special four-hour orientation class featuring information on the association, its services, and ethics. This monthly class is offered in both morning and evening sessions and applicants attending New Member Orientation within 60 days of application will receive a $50 gift certificate for the Member Service Center or Print Shop on their application fee.
