REALTOR® Ethics class due 12/31/18!
Have you fulfilled your Ethics class requirement that's due Dec. 31? There's still time and options left! There are online courses, through NAR and other course providers that are still available. Any real estate ethics course that satisfies the state of Ohio core real estate requirement, taken in the last two years, since January 1, 2017, will satisfy the 2-year NAR ethics requirement. After this is completed, you should send your certificate to Lucy Buzzee, or fax: (614) 475-4091. Columbus REALTORS® will report to NAR that you have complied. More info.

Take action and support HB 211: the Home Inspector Licensure Bill 
With only a few session days left before the end of this General Assembly - this may be our last chance to pass legislation licensing home inspectors in Ohio. This is the number one legislative priority for Ohio REALTORS®. We need YOU to act and contact your State Senator and let them know of your support for the bill and urge them to pass HB 211 before this session is adjourned. Take action here.
