Don't miss the Annual Business Meeting on 10/18!
For the first time in many years, the Annual Business Meeting will be held separately from the REALTOR® Expo on Thursday, Oct. 18 2-4p at the Grand Event Center with a cocktail reception immediately following. During the Annual Business Meeting, members will elect the 2018 Nominating Committee. We'll also look at what's been going on during 2018 as well as what's to come. Register here.

Ethics requirement due 12/31/18
All the Columbus REALTORS® remaining “in person” classes are full. Other options are available – online, through NAR, and other course providers. Go to www.columbusrealtors.com for complete information. Any real estate ethics course that satisfies the state of Ohio core real estate requirement, taken in the last two years, since January 1, 2017,  will satisfy the 2-year NAR ethics requirement (due 12/31/18). After this is completed, you should send your certificate to Lucy Buzzee or fax: 614-475-4091. Columbus Realtors will report to NAR that you have complied. 

New Member Orientation required for Keybox access!
As of Sept. 1, new agents are required to complete Columbus REALTORS® New Member Orientation within 90 days of obtaining electronic key box access. More info. Watch video.
