Alice has been involved with the Faith Mission for 15 plus years, and on the 1st Sunday of each month she works with her church preparing and serving over 300 meals to help feed families.
 
Since 1966, Faith Mission has served the homeless community by offering a secure, Christian-based environment for homeless men and women on an emergency walk-in basis. Known by many as not only a place for a hot meal and a warm bed, Faith Mission is also a haven of hope. The agency provides shelter, food and clothing, while helping individuals with access to longer term solutions such as housing, employment assistance, medical, dental and vision care, counseling and support groups.

Alice also volunteers for The Hospitality Network -- a YWCA outreach program that house families for 1 week at a time at Stonybrook United Methodist Church on a 10 week rotation.
