Sean Carpenter

Coldwell Banker King Thompson

For the last three years, Sean has participated in the  the Central Ohio Arthritis Foundation annual 100 Holes of Golf Challenge.  This year, he and his younger brother, Kevin, played 144 holes each and raised over $3000 for this charity.

The Arthritis Foundation is the only national not-for-profit organization that supports the more than 100 types of arthritis and related conditions with advocacy, programs, services and research. The foundation currently provides nearly $20 million in grants to nearly 300 researchers.

Volunteers serve as advocates to local and national governments on behalf of the nearly 70 million Americans with arthritis. Their successes include the federal establishment of a national institute for arthritis among the National Institutes of Health, increased federal funding for arthritis research and state funding for arthritis medications.

Sean participates in the annual golf outing because he believes it to be a worthwhile cause and lots of money can be raised while having lots of fun.
