Member Services Committee
As your Member Services Committee it is our responsibility to evaluate programs and services offered by outside vendors and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for endorsement of those that would benefit the members on a personal or organizational basis. We also take responsibility for presentation of these items to the membership.
This year we successfully completed the renovation and re-organization of the Member Services Center. The week of May 5th marked the Grand Opening Championship Week and provided an opportunity to preview the renovations while taking part in the special events. The grand finale offered “game day” festivities, food, door prizes and special discounts. With the renovations we have been able to display and promote more merchandise and draw attention to the variety of services available through the Print Shop. This year a Sub-Committee was formed to explore the possibilities of volume discount programs for the members. The result of this sub-committee investigation was the Mini-Magnetic Calendar Sale. Members were able to benefit from special pricing on promotional items used in their personal marketing. The initial response to this program has been encouraging and future programs will be explored.
