Introducing Tarasoft Titan 2003 MLS Software!

Tarasoft Titan is an exciting software package that interfaces with our CBR Tempo system. Titan can be considered a "Listing Management" software package. Some of its features include:

• A Comprehensive CMA module with professionally designed layouts, detailed analyzing charts, unlimited font styles, and custom pages.
• An Extensive Prospecting module that allows you to schedule the exact day, date and/or times that your clients get emailed new listings. It can be set up as infrequent as every Monday or the 1st and 15th of the month. It can also be set up as frequent as every hour, 7 days a week.
• Take MLS listings "to go". Titan allows you to download your market area from MLS to your laptop so that you can have the MLS inventory to search without being logged into CBR Tempo.
• A True Expired Listings download. This download searches for all the listings in your market area that have recently expired and/or been withdrawn but Titan automatically eliminates all expired/withdrawn listings that have been re-listed or sold.
• Seamless integration with Microsoft Streets and Trips. This allows you to take properties from the Titan software and map them using Microsoft Streets and Trips. Then you can even generate driving directions.
• And much more. 

At this time Titan is available at the Columbus Board of Realtors in both CD or download format and both are available for the current price of $99.00 plus tax per agent. This will give you 3 installations of the software, 12 months of free upgrades (if after 12 months the software still operates without an upgrade, then you can still use it; however if after 12 months you need to upgrade it is $119 for an additional 12 months), and free technical support and training from the CBR staff, Continuing Education is $30.
