First American Title and its related companies Midland Title Seccurity, Inc. and Lendens Advantage has moved its operations into the Eaton Center at 111 Superior Avenue in Downtown Cleveland. Norm Bertke, Director of Property Management with Columbus Commercial Realty, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Columbus Commercial Realty (formerly NAI Welsh) has become a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member. Founded in 1917, Cushman & Wakefield has 155 offices in 51 countries around the globe and 11,000+ professionals.

In Memoriam The Columbus Board of REALTORS® extends its condolences to the family of Virginia Murray, founding partner of Murray Realty for 30 years, who passed away on May 9, 2003.  Virginia was born at home in a hamlet called Rocky Fork in Guernsey County, OH. She graduated from Plainfield High School and Cambridge Business College. Her career in real estate included serving as the second female trustee of the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. She is survived by husband, Jack; daughter, Jacqueline (Robert) Hormer; son, Jeff (Patti) Murray; and a host of other family and friends.

Hamish Williams has joined Columbus Commercial Realty as a new member of the Industrial team. Previously with Grubb and Ellis, he brings eight years of experience in industrial real estate.

Sandy Raines, a sales associate with HER Real Living, has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in recognition of her experience, knowledge and expertise in the luxury home market.

Kathy Rigney will join the HER Real Living Education team as Manager of Education and Career Development.

Kathleen Hall, a Property Manager with Columbus Commercial Realty has been promoted to Vice President.

Doug Godard, Senior Vice President and John Boll, Vice President of Columbus Commercial Realty have achieved the Society of Office and Industrial, REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.

Robert Snide and Kathy Schweinfurth, sales associates with HER Real Living, have recently earned the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.

Jeanne Cousino, a sales associate with HER Real Living, recently completed Leadership Dublin – a nine-month program sponsored by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to increase an individuals skills and knowledge in community leadership that is unique to Dublin.

The New Albany and Gahanna offices of HER Real Living recently teamed with New Albany High School to collect donations for United States troops overseas.

The Muirfield/Powell office of HER Real Living was a sponsor of the 2003 Powell Festival children’s tent and sold Children’s Photo ID Cards as a community service initiative. The festival was held June 27 and 28.
