Changes made for 2007 Million Dollar Club Reporting Requirements - As of April 1, 2007 ALL Sales Certification Forms submitted with any Million Dollar Club application must have original signatures in blue ink. (This change was reported originally on the MLS Welcome Screen and has been included in EVERY 2007 issue of the In Contract magazine.)
. - TEAM CREDIT: Teams consisting of more than one licensed agent will be awarded 1/4 credit per team member per transaction side. Names of all team members applying for the award must appear on the MLS Agent Full Report and/or the Sales Certification form in order to receive credit. This method of credit calculation is retroactive for the receipt of the team member?s last award.

Industry Credit Required for Million Dollar Club Award - The requirements to receive a Million Dollar Club Award now include industry credit. Applicants must have served as a CBR committee member (complying with its attendance policy by October 31) or served as an officer in other real estate related organizations/associations for the calendar year in which the sales award is applied for. | | Next Deadline
