Board of Directors

The CBR Board of Directors determine the policies, activities and expenditures of the CBR; approves, elects and disciplines all members; elects the officers of the Board; counsels with the various committees and, in general, shall have entire charge and management of the affairs of the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. The Board of Trustees consists of the President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, 12 REALTOR® members (four of whom shall be elected each year by the voting members for terms of three years each), the Immediate Past President, one Corporate or Individual Affiliate Member (elected by the voting members each year for a one-year term), Chair of the Commercial/Investment Section Steering Committee, and the Chief Executive Officer.
