Co-op Ventures

The Cooperative Ventures for Consumer Services is the committee's affordable housing outreach vehicle for participating in outside affordable housing activities. The committee has participated in Columbus Housing Partnership's (CHP) Parade of Possibilities, Parade of New Builds, Emerald Glen's Let's Build a Playground project and CHP's Tour of Affordable Homes.

The committee has also participated in the Columbus Urban League's Minority Homeownership Expo, co-sponsored HUD's Home Buying Info Nights, been a part of the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association's Homeownership Extravaganza, hosted corporate on-site and neighborhood homebuyers seminars and has raised building funds for Habitat For Humanity.
