Roundtables

The Affordable Housing Roundtables are an important education and marketing tool for REALTORS® who regularly list and sell affordable housing. Meetings are held the second Friday each month at 11:00 a.m. to noon at the CBR Membership Headquarters. There is no cost to attend and reservations are not required.

The roundtables features industry experts speaking on a variety of affordable housing topics including, bond money, downpayment assistance programs, 203k rehab financing, community initiatives, credit scoring, the appraisal process, real estate investment, FHA/VA financing programs, etc.

2005 Affordable Housing Roundtables:

  • 02/11/05 - Finance Programs
  • 03/11/05 - Neighborhood Gold DAP
  • 4/08/05 - Non-Conforming Loans
  • 05/13/05 - Lender Update

The roundtables also provide a forum for discussing buyer and seller needs, as well as a vehicle for showcasing affordable listings priced $110,000 and below.

The roundtables help keep REALTORS® abreast of available new affordable housing programming and changes that will ultimately result in more homeowners in the low-to-moderate income range.
