Find a "homestyle for your lifestyle" during the first-ever tour held in central Ohio. More than 40 carefree/maintenance-free lifestyle home products will be on tour. The scattered site tour, free to the public, will showcase new partially decorated condominiums, townhouses, patio homes and cluster housing throughout central Ohio.

The BIA's Remodelor's Council sponsors this annual scattered site tour of the area's finest home remodeling projects. Several homes showcasing a variety of home remodeling projects - kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, restorations, etc. will be on display. Likely locations will be in Upper Arlington, Old Worthington, Grandview, Clintonville and Bexley.

Twenty-one central Ohio builders will showcase 21 fully decorated and landscaped homes in the $275,000 - $475,000 price-range. A one-day admission pass is $10. The Parade will also feature special "how to" workshops, concessions, family activities and entertainment.
