Professional Standards Committee

Committee members serve on hearing panels required to hear matters of alleged ethical misconduct and arbitrate disputes between Board members. The committee has at least 12 Realtor members who serve terms of three years and are appointed annually in such numbers and in such manner as to create staggered terms of the members to ensure continuity and knowledgeably and experience by the committee. The President shall annually designate the chairman.
