2002 Top Producer & Largest C/I Transaction

For the second consecutive year, Wayne Harer, executive vice president of Continental Real Estate Companies, has been awarded the C/I Top Producer award. He also is the recipient of the award for Largest C/I Transaction.

Wayne’s 2002 accomplishments include 21 transactions totaling $78,688,024 in lease and sales volume and $51,609,509 in net sales volume. His largest transaction, which garnered him the Largest C/I Transaction award, was the $25 million dollar purchase of the 26-story Ameritech office tower at 150 East Gay Street in downtown Columbus. The Ameritech office tower is actually a repurchase for Continental who first acquired this property in December 1995 for $20 million.
