Mike Grenert, a former resident of Wooster Ohio, specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, tenant/buyer, landlord/owner representation services, with a focus on central Ohio locations.
He has successfully transitioned from his previous career as Director of Sales for Smith Dairy, where for 8 years, he managed the Richmond, Indiana division for food sales. This position gave him an opportunity to deal with corporations such as McDonald’s, Hardees, Ralley’s and Sysco Foods.
In addition, to being named 2002 Rookie of the Year, he also took first place honors for Most C/I Transactions. Mike is a member of the Columbus Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Sales Award Club, has served as a member of the CBR C/I Education Committee, is a candidate member of the Commercial, Industrial and Investment REALTORS® (CCIIR) and is working toward the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Counselors (CCIM) and the American Society of Real Estate Counselors (CREC) designations.
In 2002, Mike completed over 60 sales and leasing transactions and his sales volume total has exceeded $10 million since his association with RJ Boll Realty, Ltd.
