Bob Miller Installed as 2003 President
of the Columbus Board of Realtors®

The Columbus Board of Realtors® proudly welcomes Bob Miller, of RE/MAX Premier Choice, as its new 2003 President. Miller was installed Saturday, December 14, 2002 at the annual President's Ball and officially assumed his responsibilities January 1, 2003.

Miller began his real estate career in 1977 working with Holzer Wollam Realtors®, and later RE/MAX Unlimited. Miller started his own brokerage, RE/MAX Winners, in 1987. In 2001, he became partners with Charlotte Van Steyn and Debbie Bower combining companies to become RE/MAX Premier Choice.

Miller has won numerous RE/MAX awards throughout his career including Agent of the Year, Broker/Owner of the Year, Top Sales Office three years in a row for RE/MAX Winners and RE/MAX 100% Club for 17 consecutive years. He is also a recipient of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.

From the Columbus Board of Realtors®, Miller has received the 25 Million Dollar Club award and from the Ohio Association of Realtors®, he has received the President's Club award.

For his extended education in various industry related areas, Miller has received the following designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors®, GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) from the Ohio Association of Realtors®, and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) from REBAC ( Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.)

Miller has served as chairman of many of the Columbus Board of Realtors® and Ohio Association of Realtors® committees and is a member of several local area real estate associations.

Back home in his community, Miller has served on various civic associations and as the 2000-2001 President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Currently he is serving on the Dublin Fund and Dublin City School Strategic Planning Committee.

Also serving the Columbus Board of Realtors® with Miller in 2003 will be President-Elect Skip Weiler of The Robert Weiler Company, Treasurer Doug McCloud of Aspen Realty Corp. and Secretary Chris Reese of Metro II Realty. The Columbus Board of Realtors® represents over 5,700 real estate professionals in the central Ohio area.
