Tech Staff Bios

Greetings from the Multiple Listing Service Technical Support Staff at the Columbus Board of Realtors.  The following background information will help you "get to know" the fine people that make up your support staff.

                                    Manager of Technical Services: Bryan Dean                                  

Bryan Dean brings to the Columbus Board over 15 years of training and experience working with computers and software. Prior to joining the Board, he provided technical support for the State of Ohio, CompuServe, and Gateway. He joined the staff at the Columbus Board in August of 1998 and was promoted to Manager of Technical Services in October of 2000. In addition to his Technical Supervisor duties, he works on web page development for the Technical Support portion of the Columbus Realtors® <http://www.columbusrealtors.com> web site. 

                                                 MLS Technical Support/Asst. Trainer: Jason Tschopp 

Jason Tschopp graduated from the Ohio State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science. He brings 9 years of experience in the IT and ISP industries in the areas of development and support. Jason currently supports the MLS database and CBR Tempo for the members of the Board. Jason also helps to support the internal network at the Board. In addition, he teaches CBR Tempo classes during peak times. Jason joined the Board May 21st, 2007.

                                                Systems Analyst/Technical Trainer: Matt Warren

In the autumn of my youth, I came upon the muddy brook, and lo, I felt the weight of the ages beckoning me?

Matt Warren graduated from the Ohio State University in 1996 with a Media and Communication Degree. He has worked in the desktop publishing industry and in customer service at the Ohio State University Computer and Information Science Department. Matt currently supports the MLS database and CBR Tempo for the members of the Board. Matt also helps to support the internal network at the Board, and the network hardware that powers the MLS system. In addition, he teaches CBR Tempo classes during peak seasons.  Matt joined the Board October 30, 2000.

MLS Technical Support: Colin Finan

Colin Finan is a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Ecology, specialty in Personal Finance and Economics. Prior to joining the Columbus Board of Realtors in July 2008, Colin was the Assistant Manager at the Pickerington, Ohio branch of TCR Services, Inc. Before TCR, Colin was the Technical & Retail Manager at Green Apple, Inc in Lancaster, Ohio for 10 years. With over 11 years of professional technical hardware and software service background, Colin looks forward to be an asset to board members and staff.
 
Currently, Colin is a member of the MLS Technical Support team. In this position, Colin assists members with issues relating to Tempo as well as hardware and software support for Board of Realtors staff.
