Recognizes a REALTOR® member involved in a real estate transaction which was: difficult or complex; took an unusually long time to close; required creative use or re-use of a property; had a major problem(s) to overcome; caused a chain reaction of events; and/or could be considered "unique"
Rookie of the Year - Application
Recognizes a commercial agent who has worked in the field of Commercial/Investment real estate for less than 36 months.
"1031 Exchange" Transaction Award - Application
Recognizes commercial agents for their involvement in a 1031 Exchange which involves selling a property and reinvesting the proceeds in like-kind property thereby providing significant tax advantages to real estate investors.
Erika Blumenstein Memorial Award
This award is bestowed upon a REALTOR® member based on their business experience and conduct.
