Advisory Board Sub-Committees
CBR's Foundation Fund Advisory Board, which oversees management of the fund, established sub-committees this year to help accomplish objectives necessary to becoming a successful fund, recognized by both the members and the public. Members-at-large are urged to volunteer to serve on the following sub-committees:
• The Housing-Related Projects Sub-Committee develops criteria for identifying and selecting the organizations eligible for support of the CBR Fund.
• The Scholarship Program Sub-Committee develops criteria for identifying and selecting individuals eligible for scholarships, and the educational programs eligible for support of the CBR Fund.
• The Promotion Sub-Committee develops a plan to promote the CBR Fund on an annual and on-going basis.
• The Fundraising Sub-Committee develops a plan for the conduct of an annual direct mail campaign, and an annual fundraising event.
Benefits of Making a Gift
All segments of our community will benefit from an improved real estate environment. And, solutions to the community's housing problems are found when individuals and organizations like the members of CBR pledge their monetary and personal support for a cause.

Forms of Giving
There are many ways to help support the mission of CBR's Foundation Fund, including: cash gifts; other assets, including: real estate and securities; and planned giving, such as: deferred gifts, annuity trusts, life insurance and bequests.
