Connie Salts, ABR, CRB, CRS, LTG, S.A.L.T. Realty Company, has been named 2002 Member of the Year for Women's Council of Realtors® Columbus Chapter.

Sara Walsh, HER, Inc., Realtors®, has earned the Ohio Association of Realtors® (OAR) Graduate, Realtors® Institute (GRI) designation.

The Women's Council of Realtors® (WCR) has appointed their 2003 Leadership Team: Susan Doepping, RE/MAX Achievers, President; Helen Nilsson, HER, Inc., Realtors®, President-Elect; Fritz Ballard, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Treasurer; Carol Morbitzer Cook, ABC Gas Repair, Inc., Secretary; and Ginnie Swartz, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Vice President of Membership.

Louise Potter recently joined HER, Inc., Realtors® and will manage both HER's Metro and German Village offices. Former manager Linda Whiting will not manage HER's Hilliard and Muirfield Powell offices.

Strategic Mortgage Company has again this year made the list of Top 10 Largest HUD Lenders in Central Ohio.

Fort Greenville Realty, located in Greenville, Ohio, recently became an HER franchise. Don Avore, broker and owner, of Fort Greenville Realty, will manage the new franchise office.
