Your C/I Member Services Committee has been busy this past year. The Committee's main role is to interview new commercial broker applicants for membership to the Board as well as approve all new sales applicants.

Another project our committee is working on is updating our Commercial Investment quick reference manual so that a new edition can be produced for next year. This manual is a great way for a new C/I Agent to learn key terms/phrases for the C/I business, as well as an excellent provider of contact names and numbers of various city department, officials, etc. for everyone involved in the commercial business. The reference manual also provides a list of all commercial members with names, addresses, home numbers, etc.

Additionally, the C/I Member Services Committee is hopeful that, with the CBR store redesign that is taking place, that a section of the store will be designated for commercial members and the commercial business.

As always, we are hoping the Commercial Investment Section of the Board will continue to play a more prominent role in overall CBR activities.
