Harley E. Rouda, Jr., chief executive officer and managing partner of the newly formed Real Living Network, was named the regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. This award recognizes entrepreneurs whose ingenuity, hard work and perseverance have created and sustained successful, growing business ventures.

Luann Giovannucci, RE/MAX Associates, Realty, was awarded the Graduate Realtors® Institute (GRI) designation from the Ohio Association of Realtors®.

Ron Hobelman (broker), Sue Lusk-Gleich, Joe Jackson, Brian Kemp, JoAnne LaBuda, Mark LaBuda, Eric Ransom and Paula Linehan have opened the first franchise office of Keller Williams Capital Partners in Ohio. Their offices are located at 500 West Wilson Bridge Road, Suite 260.

Rob Zellar has been named president of HER, Realtors®.

Fawn Frahme has been named business coordinator of HER, Realtors® first Dayton office located at 910 Taywood Drive in Englewood.

Steve Weiser, a former broker for Hearth Realty of the Greater Dublin and Miami Valley area, is set to head the second HER, Realtors® Dayton office located in Beavercreek.
