Sandy O'Neill was named manager of HER, Realtors® Delaware office. O'Neill brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to her newest position.

Shari Carroll, Susie Stavreff and Linda Niswonger have formed Right Move Realty, LLC at 3389 North High Street, 43202, 614-261-8600;

Maggie Huff, HER, Realtors®, has earned the National Association of Realtors® e-Pro Certification for Internet Professionalism. The e-Pro Certification is for sales associates to learn how to best use the internet in the real estate industry.

Tom Holcombe was recently named manager of HER, Realtors® Worthington office. Holcombe will take over the managerial responsibilities of this office from Paul Bean who is retiring after managing this office for 21 years.

The following thirteen sales associates with HER Realtors® Arlington office recently completed The Floyd Wickman Course: Heather Albee-Byrne, Adel Bourkheir, Nancy Byrne, Maggie Chudik, Molly Brown Davis, Thomas Dillon, Carl Faehnle, Mindy Frantzen, Amy Gurr, Kathy Panning, Sue Reed, Jim Rehl and Laura Stuckey. The Wickman course is a 63-day career development course that teaches sales techniques, self-disciplines and accountability training.

John Richmond has been appointed the Columbus Division Sales Manager for Centex Homes. He comes to Centex from Honeywell, Building Information Services, where he served as leader to the National Account Sales Team.
