The purpose of C/I Standard Forms is to develop and revise contracts and forms for C/I members. Key elements for this committee include: Our goals for this year are to continue revisions of documents that have not been reviewed within the previous three years. We are working toward changing all current CBR C/I form contracts (currently provided to the membership) from legal size (8 ½” x 14") to letter size (8 ½” x 11'). Among other projects, C/I Standard Forms Committee is currently surveying the C/I membership to understand the use and awareness of CBR's standard forms and contracts. Some preliminary results show a good majority of C/I Realtors® use their own in-house form and were unaware of the resources available from Standard Forms.
