Betsy Lynch, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, and Barry Hanchin and Kathy Hanchin, RE/MAX Suburban, Inc., have been awarded the Graduate, Realtors® Institute (GRI) designation from the Ohio Association of Realtors® (OAR).

Jeff Pullins, partner in J&J Appraisal Services, Inc. and a licensed residential appraiser, has earned the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation from the Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). He is one of only 30 appraisers in the state of Ohio to be awarded this designation.

Bob and Lorene Hetherington have joined HER, Realtors® as sales associates working out of HER's Dublin office. The Hetheringtons formerly anchored the evening news for WSYX-TV Channel 6 and WTTE-TV Fox 28.

HER, Realtors® earned an Award of Excellence at the 2002 Annual RELO conference held in Miami Beach, Florida, April 4-6. HER's In-house Relocation Department was nominated in two categories: Outgoing Conversions and Incoming Conversions. The award was for outgoing conversion – closing completed as a result of a referral sent by a sales associate to another brokerage. CEO Harley E. Rouda, Jr., CEO and managing partner of Real Living, HER's Umbrella Company, was a panel presenter at the conference and gave a presentation on agent-centric brokerages.

Lisa Oliver, Waterfield Mortgage, has been promoted to full loan officer status. Jeff Cockerill and Brett Rigney have joined Waterfield's loan officers staff.
