  Patrica Snider, HER, Realtors®, has been awarded CBR's Certified Affordable Housing, Realtor® (CAHR) Certification. This certification recognizes affordable housing market expertise gained through sales, education, and board and community involvement.

  Coldwell Banker Commercial/Wears Kahn McMenamy Ltd. has joined with two Cincinnati brokerages (Gerdsen Garfield Realtors®, Inc. and Cline Realtors®, Inc.) to form Coldwell Banker/United Realty Services, Inc. Cline Realtors® was purchased this year by Gerdsen Garfield, which has been a Coldwell Banker franchise since 1999.

  Rudy Stern, of Fannin Realty, retired after 42 years in the business. He started with Brad Salt Realty.
