For Home Buyers:
Customize your home like purchasing a new build! You choose the Columbus neighborhood you prefer, and we'll find the home! You can select options for your home including:

• Roof and Siding color (if applicable)
• Interior paint color
• Carpet color
• Flooring style Light fixtures
• Faucet Fixtures
• Appliance colors (if applicable)
• Kitchen configurations & cabinetry (if applicable)

For REALTORS®
It's a unique program to assist you with serving your affordable housing buyers...at no cost to you!

Your client is able to customize their home as if they were purchasing a new build and this is how it works:

• ·Provide a pre-approval letter from your client
• ·Have your client choose their preferred Columbus neighborhood
• We find a home to restore that will fit your client's needs
• The client can select various options as if buying a new home including:

· Paint, carpet & appliance color
· Flooring selections
· Fixtures, countertop and cabinetry variations
· Roof and siding choices*
· Kitchen configurations*
· Down payment assistance may be available*
· Co-op programs apply
