Project: Members of the Northwest Area Realty Association and friends helped to trim, landscape, paint and much more at a home located at 2745 Camden Road in Upper Arlington. After removing a frenzy of invasive vines, the stone walls were powerwashed as was its sidewalks and driveways. The award for hardest worker (and by far the dirtiest) goes to Kelly Richards of Legacy Builders who not only brought her powerwasher but spent the entire day changing the face of this home with that machine. Scroll down to see the before, during and after pictures. The Columbus Board of REALTORS Foundation Fund matched Northwest's $500 for a total of $1,000. In addition, in kind donations were estimated at $450.
