What do you do?

Mary Brooks- Woodhouse
Prudential Calhoon Company REALTORS®
I am a REALTOR® specializing in Corporate Relocations. I assess my clients' needs and then provide the necessary information to allow my client to make sound knowledgeable decisions. Additionally I assist with coordination of their transition to and from their homes and become their ambassador in and out of Columbus.

Michelle Foster
Coldwell Banker King Thompson
What do I do? I help people buy and sell homes. I facilitate people with their real estate goals and dreams and it's a passion of mine, I absolutely love it! Do you know anyone who is thinking of moving?

Michael Archer
Real Living HER
I sell residential and investment real estate for Real Living HER in Dublin. I also do commercial appraisal work locally and nationally for a small Columbus based appraisal firm.

Jodi Moore, SRES
American Dream Real Estate
I am a "Sleep" specialist. I find out why client can't sleep at night. When my clients can't sleep over real estate issues I fix the problem. If that perfect home is ingrained in their dreams, then I help them find it. I am then a DREAM Specialist.

Joan Perez
Coldwell Banker King Thompson
When asked what I do, I reply "I sell homes, which means I help people achieve the American dream".

Bonnie Nyikes, ABR, CRS, e-Pro, GRI
RE/MAX Premier Choice
I work with people who want to buy and/or sell a home. This means far more than just listing and showing "houses." Making a move can make anyone become "dysfunctional". I think of myself as the buffer to keep the stress as far away from the client as possible and to try to keep the "fun" in dysfunctional! They count on my expertise to keep the transaction running smoothly and I count on them to keep my life interesting. The greatest thing about being a REALTOR® is that no two days are just alike and neither are any two clients!

Heather Brookey
Coldwell Banker King Thompson
I counsel buyers in the home purchase process helping to relieve the anxiousness and fear when buying a home. By guiding them through the process, step by step, and by understanding their needs and goals, I am able to show appropriate homes and build confidence for the buyer. I guide homeowners through the selling process using marketing strategies and tools, providing comparable data, and maintaining great communication through the listing and transaction. I try to consult with my homeowners ensuring that they make good business decisions pertaining to their home, family, and future goals!

Anita Graves
RE/MAX Achievers
I help Buyers and Sellers realize their dreams of home and property sale and ownership through knowledge and awareness of the dynamic real estate market through continued education, creativity, growth, honesty and integrity.

Elizabeth M. Lynch
Guardian Real Estate
I AM A REALTOR®. I and most Agents enjoy interacting with different kinds of people. I am very independent in my work (I am pretty much my own boss) and find satisfaction in locating the right property for the right buyer. In a sales transaction, I negotiate with both the Seller or Seller's Agent and the Buyer or Buyer's Agent. When working with buyers I help arrange the financing for the home and perform title searches, arrange for the home inspection and termite inspection to ensure nothing is wrong with the property, negotiate repairs needed, order the gas line warranty, check the final HUD for accuracy, and be present at closings when final contracts of sale are signed. When I am the listing agent selling the home, I must be prepared to answer questions about the tax rates in the area, details about the home and any updates that have been done, know the quality and location of the schools, and the availability of public transportation, parks and shopping. When I handle commercial property sales, I must be familiar with business trends, the labor market, taxes, rental rates, cap rates and marketing facilities. I must also stay up to date on market trends, read trade magazines, maintain a website, do regular emails blasts, join and be active in committee groups through the local Board of REALTORS® and area Associations and take continuing education classes all to remain a knowledgeable real estate agent.
