Tempo 5 Training Classes

These are the same classes CBR has offered for the last several years only now they will be based on the new Tempo 5 version of the MLS.

T1  Beginner course - Part 1
Prerequisites: Basic familiarity of the internet, how to use a mouse/keyboard, and understanding of the real estate industry. Topics Covered: Quick Search, MLS# Search, Archive Search, Tax Records, and Add/Edit Listings.

T2  Beginner course - Part 2
Prerequisites: T1 (or equivalent knowledge and experience). Topics Covered: Hotsheet Reports, Custom Search, Prospects, and CMA. 

T3  Intermediate/advanced
Prerequisites: T1 and T2 (or equivalent knowledge and experience). Topics Covered: Custom Reports, Client Listing Site, Downloads, Statistics, Financial Functions, and Agent/Broker Reports. 

• Instructors Matt Warren, CBR Systems Analyst or Jason Tschopp, MLS Technical Support/Asst. Trainer
• 3 credit hours
• $30 (if CE is desired) 
• Space limited to first 15 paid registrants* 

*Credit Card required for class registration
Effective January 1, 2008, registration for all computer classes will be secured by credit card at the time of the reservation (online, phone or in person) - regardless of whether or not CE credit is desired.

Cancellations received 24 hours prior to the class date will not be charged.

However, if the student does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and does not attend the class, the student will be charged.
