Paul Heiserman, our Rookie of the Year, is in his second year of his commercial real estate career and his numbers have been quiteimpressive. Just last year, he participated in transactions totaling more than $10 million and, since being licensed, he has participated in over 50 commercial transactions totaling $13.9 Million!

Prior to his real estate career, Paul had already established an impressive work ethic. He is a six-year Naval veteran who served as a nuclear power plant operator and instructor for the air craft carrier USS Carl Vinson -- receiving an Admiral's letter of commendation for his performance.

He has also been recognized as "National employee of the quarter" for Pitney Bowes, was awarded the top customer service award among all US/UK sales reps at CoStar Group, and he graduated Summa Cum Laude from DeVry University while working full time.

Paul is a volunteer with the Columbus Speech and Hearing Center and an active member of the CBR C/I Education Committee. He is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member®) Candidate, and achieved a perfect score on the C/I 101 exam (Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate).

Paul takes a holistic approach to solving complex real estate situations. His colleagues say he has an excellent ability to recognize, understand and evaluate his clients' needs and give concise and clear resolutions to fulfill those needs.
