Ed has been in real estate for 40 years, specializing the last 20 years in the commercial field, where he focuses on the sale and acquisition of investment, industrial, office/warehouse and office properties for non-institutional clients.

He has worked with numerous commercial clients, is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and of the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Investment Group of Columbus, where he helps owners and investors achieve maximum value in the purchase, sale and disposition of their assets.

He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and the Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI) designations. He also is a NAR Professional Standards Certified Instructor.

Throughout out his real estate career, Ed has been an active CBR member. He has served as President, is a recipient of the CBR Salesperson of the Year award, and as a chair/member of numerous committees, including C/I Steering and Director Nominating. He currently serves as a member of the Board's Professional Standards, C/I Standard Forms committees, and as a certified Mediator for CBR.

For OAR, he serves as a Director, Vice Chairman of the Mediation Forum and, in the past, has served as a District Vice President.

Ed has been actively involved in the community, where he has worked with Easter Seals, the March of Dimes and Rotary. He is also an Elder and Deacon of Broad Street Presbyterian Church. Ed and his wife, Susie, have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
