Donna Boylan, Real Living HER Powell office, has successfully completed the REALTOR® e-PRO® course to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS®. The REALTOR® e-PRO® certification course is a comprehensive and interactive educational program specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.

Charles R. Del Riesgo has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Schottenstein Real Estate Group. Charles brings 10 years marketing experience to this position and will be responsible for managing both the company's condominium community sales team and its REALTOR®, community outreach and advertising marketing initiatives.

Mary Hatem, Real Living HER's Arlington office, has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) designation. This designation is awarded upon completion of a two-day ABR designation course, an ABR elective course and five transactions in which one acted solely as a buyer representative. Recipients must also be a member in good standing of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and National Association of REALTORS®.

Petra R. Hinterschied, RE/MAX Connection, REALTORS®, and Douglas R. Norman, The Ohio Real Estate Co., Inc. have been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. This designation, awarded by The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®, is the cornerstone of buyer representation education and the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

Stacy McVey has been named Operating Principal of Keller Williams Classic Properties Realty, located in Upper Arlington at 3518 Riverside Drive #101 Columbus, OH 43221. Stacy started in the position on July 23, 2007. She replaced Sue Parrish who is Operating Principal at Keller Williams Consultants Realty in Dublin.

Betty M. Potts, RE/MAX Elite Services, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and the e-PRO® certification. The CRS® Designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements. The e-PRO® certification is awarded upon completion of a comprehensive and interactive technology educational program.

April Stemen, Real Living HER, Pickerington/Reynoldsburg office, is a recent graduate of the Foreclosure Intervention Specialist (FIS) Program. To earn the FIS designation, 30 hours of extensive training on the Legal Aspects of Foreclosure Mitigation; Short Sales; Listing an Upside Down Property; Foreclosure Ethics; and Practical Application of Loss Mitigation must be completed.

Sondra Johnson, Keller Williams Capital Partners, was recently awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists upon completion of extensive course work.

The Greater Dublin Realty Association has changed it meeting location to Mary Kelley's 7148 Muirfield Drive, Dublin. The meeting day and time, Fridays, 9:00 a.m., remain the same.

Joyce Elaine Agriesti, Real Living HER, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2007, at her home. Joyce is survived by her husband, Anthony M.; daughter, Annina; son, Anthony J.; and many nieces and nephews. Darrell R. Blankenship, Blankenship Real Estate, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 29, 2007. He worked originally for General Motors, and then founded Blankenship Real Estate where he worked for 35 years. Darrel is survived by his fiancée, Cynthia "Cindy" Bashaw; son, Ryan Chaffin; daughter, Anita Sluzele; sister, Donna Miller; and other family and friends. Linda Varga Mascari, RE/MAX Premier Choice, passed awary on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at her home.
