Searching & Reporting Columbus

It's important to know that the Columbus metropolitan market includes Franklin and every contiguous county in central Ohio. So, if your listing is in Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union or Franklin County -- it's within the Columbus metro. For example, when you enter a listing in northern Delaware County, it's a Metro listing, not an "Out of Metro" listing.

Our metro market now encompasses 3,608 lease and sale listings attached to 11,815 properties. Our out of metro market contains 427 commercial properties with 173 lease and sale listings attached. Columbus's out of metro listings are as close as Mount Vernon & Logan -- and as far away as Port Clinton.
