CBR will be replacing the wooden railings with new iron railings for this
12-unit CHP rental community. We’ll also be painting the wood decks and trim as
well as cleaning/trimming the landscaping for these units.

Heinzerling Foundation which is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to

Peerless Road, Centerburg, 43011. Assisting one older female widow on a fixed
income and recovering from an arm fracture in 14 places. She needs help with
yard work, a bad garage door (possibly a new opener) and additional repair. The
other home owner is recovering from a near fatal auto accident in May of 2006.
She needs some exterior work on her yard, deck as well as some minor interior
repair.

Assisting the 98-year old widow of the former mayor of Dublin
living in historic Dublin.
She has two lots at 109 Riverview and could use help with the yard, some
painting, a stone wall, possibly a new mailbox, landscaping and maybe some
“inside” help also.

Owner’s daughter (Rachel Barenski) was the girl in Worthington who was shot late last year. Work
includes some waterproofing, front landscaping, painting, minor kitchen remodel
(counter-tops and appliances), and numerous other little things to accommodate
Rachel’s injuries while recovering.

They will be providing: a storage building/shed to house pet carriers currently
stored in a broken-down van; landscaping and resin benches outside the
spay/neuter facility for pet owners to have a waiting area; shelving/storage
bins and organizing the tractor-trailer that houses the food and litter either
purchased or donated; repainting/landscaping around the entrance sign. They are
specifically looking for help in construction or donation of the shed needed.

Working with the Franklinton Development Association painting porches that are
to be reconstructed on a home under renovation and painting a block garage.
This is in preparation for a very excited new
homeowner who is a single mom with an 8-year old daughter, and has
dreamed of owning this particular home for a long time. Materials needed for
this project: primer, paint, brushes, buckets, rags, rollers and handles,
caulk, masonry paint, ladders, bottled water and other work supplies.

Entrance and park area needs major cleanup effort as well as the ravine itself.
It’s located near a significant corridor entry to Clintonville (between Arcadia and Olentangy,
east of High, behind Tim Hortons and the Good Will Store).

Project: Revitalize cemetery located on SE
corner of SR
256 and Rt. 204 (adjacent to church
located at 10709 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, 43147)
This area has recently been handed over to Pickerington since the church next
door is planned for demolition. We will be teaming up with the Chamber of
Commerce to replace signage, clean/spruce up property and to landscape in
Pickerington’s tradition of violets (for Violet Township).
Materials need for this project will include shovels, rakes, mulch and soil,
trash bags, gardening hand tools and gloves, lots and lots of violets and
possibly complimenting floral/shrubbery and material/costs of signage
replacement.
