Please note that a change was made to the Add/Edit section of the CBR MLS TEMPO system that now will prompt you with the question "Negotiation with Seller Permission: Yes or No". This is a required entry for (1) entering a new listing or (2) editing an existing listing. The CBR MLS TEMPO system will allow the REALTOR® to select up to two listing agreement types for each listing (depending on your agreement with the seller) and they will choose from the following list of possible combinations:
Any of these listing agreement types could be selected but ERS/EA and EO/LR are not available since they are mutually exclusive. If any of the Listing Agreement Types are selected either individually or in combination, the REALTOR® is prompted with the following question that is REQUIRED to be answered.
If you answer Yes to this question, the REALTOR® is prompted to fill in these two OPTIONAL data fields:
Remember ... any change made to any listing that was entered prior to the creation of this new data field will result in having to answer the "Negotiation with Seller Permission Yes No" question. For more information on this new legislation, please refer to www.columbusrealtors.com/15904.cfm. |
