Our services are offered in Spanish and English including housing counseling, homebuyer education workshops, and down payment assistance programs. We are in the business of helping qualified people purchase their first home, keeping them in their home, and ultimately, building wealth. The Huntington Mortgage Group and the Federal Home Loan Bank with Homes on the Hill CDC is offering funds to first time homebuyers. This program is designed to fulfill the needs of Hispanics, African Americans, or persons with disabilities. How much assistance is available? What are the requirements?
