Louise Potter has joined Keller Williams Greater Columbus. In her new position as Team Leader, Louise will oversee the growth and development of their three offices and their agents.

Shari Carroll, RE/MAX Capital Centre, received her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in December, 2006 for completing advance courses and demonstrating professional expertise in residential real estate. This is the highest designation awarded to residential REALTORS® by the National Association of REALTORS® Residential Sales Council.

Brett Kaufman has been promoted to president of the residential builder/developer for Schottenstein Real Estate Group. He has directly managed all aspects of the company's condominiums/apartment development, marketing and sales -- and will continue to provide strategy in marketing, land planning and product review to their many multi-family developments.

Molly Brown Davis, Keller Williams Capital Partners, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, which is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in residential real estate. The NAR Residential Sales Council awards the CRS designation.

Jean Archer, Real Living HER, was recently named the leader of sales development for Real Living HER's Gahanna office. Prior to her new position, she was the vice president and branch manager for two offices at ERA Orum Stair and ERA Real Estate. She is a member of the Million Dollar Club, past member of TOP/HER and was nominated for Rookie of the Year in 1995.

Tammy Marquardt recently rejoined Real Living HER in the Hilliard/West Regional office. Tammy specializes in the move-up buyer/seller, first-time homebuyer/home seller and new builds markets. She holds the Certified Foreclosure Intervention Specialist certification and a is CBR million Dollar Club member.

Andy Morse, Real Living HER, was recently named leader of sales development for Real Living HER's Hilliard/West Regional office. In his new position, Morse will work with manager, Arthur Travis, to manage the Hilliard/West Regional office. He also will be in charge of the training and coaching program for new, as well as veteran agents. Andy is a member of NAR's Million Dollar Club, CBR's Five Million Dollar Award Club, and of the OAR President's Sales Club.

Charles H. Richardson, Real Living HER, has recently formed The Richardson Team. Charles, along with his wife, Rosalyn, also a licensed real estate agent, will work out of Real Living HER's Gahanna office.

RE/MAX Impact grand opening of its new office at 440 Polaris Parkway, Ste. 100, Westerville, Ohio will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2007, 4:00-8:00 p.m. There will food (appetizers) and door prizes given away every 30 minutes, but you must be present to win.
