Most practitioners are knowledgeable within their primary areas of marketing expertise but sometimes finding properties within selected areas to show clients outside those zones of familiarity can be especially challenging for even the most experienced REALTORS®. Common searches for locating property to show clients may include zip code, city, school district and of course one or more of the 87 designated areas. However, there are unique situations when searches include subdivision and/or school district. Here are four examples:
