John Jacobus, Jan Johnson and Norm Taylor opened RE/MAX Impact last month at 440 Polaris Parkway in Westerville on the corner of Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Avenue. Kathy Landry is the new office manager and Sue Toth, Lisa Currey and Darlene Schaefer have joined the office.

Pat Terrell and Missy Ellis of RE/MAX Premier Choice, REALTORS®, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists. The National Association of REALTORS® reports only 4% of their membership holds the elite CRS designation, earned by completing advanced courses and demonstrating professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.

Sandy Bratka, Brad Beatley, Jodi McCoy-Vermillion, and Scott Voelkel have joined as senior loan officers the central Ohio branch of Concord Mortgage Group, located at 735 Ceramic Place, in Westerville bringing with them 50 years of combined experience.

Joe Grywalski, Real Living HER Arlington/Northwest office, recently received his Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) designation. The ABR program is geared toward agents who wish to enhance their buyer representation skills. To receive the designation, one must successfully complete a two-day ABR designation course, one ABR elective course, verify five completed transactions in which one acted solely as a buyer representative and be a member in good standing of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
