Largest C/I Transaction - 2006

The Largest Transaction in 2006 sold for $105,548,080 and was handled by Don Roberts & George Stecz of CB Richard Ellis. This transaction included a portfolio of ten properties, all of which were large big box distribution facilities.

The other seven were located in the Rickenbacker area. Their proximity to the new major intermodal yard next to Rickenbacker airport was a major draw as it would facilitate the easy and efficient transfer of cargo between planes, trains and trucks.

Three of the properties were located in Grove City's SouthPark Industrial Center.

After securing the portfolio listing in November of 2005, it took about 60-90 days to prepare the marketing materials. They received inquiries from 50 interested parties in response to the initial offering and 12 actual offers! They closed the deal on May 15, 2006.
