Donald W. Kelley, Falco, Smith & Kelley
Don Kelley has over 40 years experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, management development, construction, financing and appraisal. He's built thousands of apartments and is currently managing partner of 40 partnerships and corporations engaged in real estate investment and development activity in Central Ohio including Polaris. He is a member of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, the Appraisal Institute, panel member of the American Arbitration Association and qualified to hear Eminent Domain Disputes. Don isalso past president of the Columbus Chapter, Society of Real Estate Appraisers (1965), Ohio Chapter, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (1973), and the Columbus Board of REALTORS® (1984). Don's civic involvement is extensive and has included chairing the Board of Trustees for the Columbus Housing Partnership, St. Ann's Hospital and St. Ann's Franciscan Foundation, and Pontifical College Josephinum. He has also served the Columbus Area Growth Foundation, Columbus and Franklin County Housing Commission, Ethics in Economics, Nazareth Towers, St. Charles Preparatory School, and the Salesian Boys Club. He was instrumental in starting the Columbus Hospice as well as the Columbus Housing Partnership. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Don was a great athlete. He played football, semi pro baseball and then tennis for many years. He's also an avid reader and wonderful storyteller. Don is married to Nancy Plank and they have seven children and 24 grandchildren. | |
