Awards Night Committee

On April 18, 2007, the Columbus Board of REALTORS® will be honoring those individuals who have contributed to both our profession and our community.

It is such an honor and it is so humbling to be among the many wonderful people who have achieved recognition as Citizen of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, Instructor of the Year, REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year, and REALTOR® Broker of the Year.

The Columbus Board of REALTORS® "Awards Night" has been the event where we honor those people who have given their time, their knowledge, and their talent to improve our real estate industry and way of life in central Ohio.

As Chair of the Awards Night Committee, I am asking for your assistance in the nomination of CBR members and community leaders who are deserving of these honors. Very honestly, our toughest position to fill is the nominees for "Citizen of the Year". Those who so deserve this recognition are often not available for the Awards Night event.

The deadline for nominations is February 28th. At that point the Awards Night Committee will review the nominations and compile the necessary information for each nominee before the selection process begins.

Please take a moment and think about the unsung heroes out there. Those who display integrity, good business ethics, a strong commitment to the Columbus Board of REALTORS® and to their communities. And, please check on their availability for that night's event.
